The unknown dancer

Hi guys,

Trying to find the name of a song, it was a dance track and as far as I can remember there were no vocals in it. The video started out with a black American guy walking along the side walk of a street, he gets to the corner and places some cardboard down on the ground and starts to dance on it. I'm pretty sure he was dancing in the front of a shop as well. He continues dancing in the same spot till the end of the song.
It could be around 5 years old, any help would be appreciated
