    I don't remember where I know this song from, but it sounds like a lady or a man with a womanly voice singing something like:

    _______ the niiight away...
    _______ the niiiiight away...

    (the 'i' in 'night' is slightly more longer and higher note the second time)

    It sounds like an older synth-pop style song, like it's from the 70s or 80s or something.

    I feel like I want to say the missing word ends with an "-ing" (like dancing or wishing) but I can't say for sure.

    A ha! I remember this now...heard it on the radios in the 90s...I love those one-hit wonders

    I can't believe I didn't remember "I get knocked down" (because I used to think it was "I get no doubt" when I was younger)
