What's this song?

I heard this one song a couple of years ago and I think it was a rap song. The chorus was sang by a woman or a child and it went like the old folk song "I Had A Little Overcoat". And if I remember correct, the word "jacket" was replaced with the word "song". So it was like: "Soooo I thought a little while, and made myself a song in the very latest styles. Shalalalalalala..."
