Ringo Starr sounding song?

Hi everyone,

I was shopping the other day and in the store a song that sort of sounded like Ringo Starr was playing (his voice). It's a popular song and I hear it on the radio a lot (in the US). It sounds almost like someone making a list (the word "and" is said over and over again) and I'm pretty sure the line "It's all in the heart" and something like "air in the ground" are in the chorus.

A Google search didn't help. The song also sounded a bit similar to the band Squeeze, so perhaps it is them?
