Solved: song from 70/80's?

hello everyone,
need help to find one song from my early days, the only thing i can remeber is a clip i saw on mtv - people walking up 2 stairways from left and right, people on one side dressed in blue colours (possibly..) and people on the other side dressed in yellow colours.. those are the only things i can remeber. i dont even remeber how it goes

one more thing i can remeber is when this main guy was singing the choir of other guys would sing that thing after him, not for the whole song just in some parts :S
