What the name of this Russian song? (Have been played a lot in Turkey)

For about four years I've been looking for the name of a (I think) Russian song that goes like, "vooo vooo vooo vaaa" (looks kind of funny when you read it). I think it's a girl who sings it. And if it helps, I know that the song have been played a lot in Alanya, Turkey.

If you need to hear the song I can upload it on Youtube because I have the song on a cd somewhere in my house I just don't know where I put it and I'm to lazy to look for it, haha.. and it may sound stupid to ask for a song that you already have but I'm really curious about the lyrics

No, I don't speak Russian and I don't know who the artist is either. An old friend made the cd for me with lots of other songs..
