Please help name this song and artist if you know

I heard a song that just hit me right away, I am going through a little bit of a hard time with a girlfriend then this song played at work and it went right from my ears to my heart. Some of the lyrics were: "Thank you; I love the things that you do; I don't always show anybody; I hope you know it." it is a song I want my girlfriend to hear but I cannot find out what it is called. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could help me out. Thanks!
