90's reggae song - please help to ID it

hi everybody,

any help you can give me to ID this song would be much appreciated. The artist sound to me like Terror Fabulous, but i could be wrong.

i've uploaded a short mp3 snippet of the song from a dj mixtape, but the DJ took the lyrics and put them over a hip hop beat. you can stream or download the song here:

the lyrics on the chorus say something like "me youths dem powerful, know that dem see it, Tivoli Gardens ___ laying inna piss[?], spoilers [?], southside and dunkirk too, ___ waterhouse and down inna jungle."

the voice sounds like Terror Fabulous to me, but unsure. any help would be appreciated

it sounds like terror fabulous gun fool at the beginning to me the ''some bwoy nuh understand them self at all'' but then i think its been added to another one of his songs i spent time trying to find it but no luck
still the beat is one more chance biggie smalls
