crawling????

ok so i've only heard this song once and now im obsessed with trying to find it.
This is a real vague description cause its all i remember (sorry!!) but hope someone recognises it.

oh and no it's not Linkin Park's song..

what i remember of it was that it had an acapella sound to it, guitar mostly...
and it's a guy with a real strong singing voice. (its hot)
kinda reminiscent of Simple Plan stuff....

anyway, dont know much of the lyrics, but im sure i heard a line that said 'help me carry on.....(sumthin sumthin) use my heart and not my eyes...'

and im pretty sure the chorus says somthing like 'crawling (or calling)......' and if i remember correctly he sang the word 'answer' quite alot.
