Song heard in Forever (September 20th 2010)

So today I heard a song in forever 21 (September 2010) that I loved and I even wrote down the chorus so I could look it up when I got home. I've searched and can't find it anywhere! It's a female artist and it's very poppy and fun and girly (and in English). I'm almost positive the chorus was

" you, you give me your shoulder to lean on"

and that's all I could catch.

I've been going crazy finding that song.....
It's with this feemale..and she's says "you-ou-ou" in a sorta high pitch..
idk i just know that part of the chorus also. need help

i was wondering if you ever found the artist who sings this song? i'm positive we were searching for the same one but i never found it.
