I am going nuts

I am going nuts for this song and hope someones still interested in this forum but the song is sung in a sort of high pitched girl voice with a techno backround and she says " Everybody Everybody ??? play with me" (and it repeats in a higher octave) I heard it today in the Vancouver store.. I tried to shazam it but my phone died..=( Help?
