I recognize the tune you hummed but probably because it reminds me of Busta Rhymes - I Know What You Want (like someone said earlier).

Not the one I'm looking for, but nice. Similar in that she singer seemed to have a pretty steady tone of voice, but the one I'm trying to find out about has kind of a higher voice. Definitely not Busta though. Thanks for suggesting though.

The voice is overdubbed to sound like a duo. You can really hear it in the second verse and the final chorus.
"You set me free" could be mistaken for "you sexy thing" if you can't hear it clearly.
