Solved: Late 80's house/techno does anybody know this song?

Here's some of the lyrics I could make out: "Jump baby jump off the Empire State; I can't wait to see the mess you make."
"Pick me up and put me down: Kiss my boots and I'll kick you around."
And the chorus goes... " I'm the man in your life"
"I'll make you my wife"
"I'm the man in your life" (repeat)
Also, the song started of with a repitition of the phrase "Sex and Drugs", maybe the title, I dunno. If it is the title, I can't find it.
