80s mystery pop/wave tune (Scandinavian language perhaps?)

This one was requested in another forum many moons ago and nobody has ever identified it.
Well, I think once anybody understands just only one word, things will get a lot easier.

My guess is: Swedish or Icelandic.
Or even Norwegian after all.
But NOT Danish.

Any ideas welcome.

Another perspective for the ear. Simple high pass filter and leveling (less boom more hiss).
