"Симит" мислам да е нешто друго.
In Bulgaria we call "simit" or "simid" of this: http://bg.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D0%A1%...BC%D0%B8%D0%B4

    Here's a recipe for "simit": http://www.kak-da.com/%D1%81%D0%B8%D...%B8%D0%B4.html

But the song is in the street slang with too many serbian loans...
The new language in Macedonia (In Bulgaria the street slang is with too many English words... It's a pity (for both Bulgarian and Macedonian)!

Djevrek is other thing... We call it "gevrek" (геврек).
The "simit" is from gram flour with sesame, the "gevrek" is from wheat flour. Actually they are very similar, but we make difference between them.

Here's one old bulgarian folk song from the Kostur region (Kastoria, Greece)

    Костурче гърче църничко,
    продава, мамо, симиди,
    за една руса болгарка, /х2/
    си дава, мамо, фурната,
    фурната, мамо, душата

    (A kosturian, black Greek,
    is selling, mother, simits,
for one blonde Bulgarian girl /x2/
    he gives, mother, his bakery
    his bakery, mother, his soul.)

    Simit (Turkish),
    Aramaic qeluro/qelora,
    koulouri (Greek: κουλούρι),
    đevrek (Serbian: ђеврек),
    gjevrek (Macedonian: ѓеврек),
    gevrek (Bulgarian: геврек),
    covrig (Romanian: covrig)
(the last four, from "gevrek" in Turkish, meaning "crisp", which is, in some parts of Turkey, colloquial for "simit") is a circular bread with sesame seeds, very common in Turkey, as well as in Greece, Serbia, Bulgaria, Macedonia and other parts of the Balkans and Middle East such as Lebanon.

I think we call that "kuvani đevrek", but I'm not sure...

But wait, how old are you then?!

In English it's something like: We'll have to wait and see, Time will show/tell, We'll see, wait and see...

In French: Il faut voir. We'll (have to wait and) see. Or maybe voir-venir.

    Il n'était pas difficile.....

Once a time the cowboys rode in the prairies
they were very handicapped, John Wayne,
Wyatt Erp also, Zagor, Tene and others, when they rode there
They went in the deserts, then in the town they went in the saloons
    and asked about

    BUREK!
    With meat, with yogurt,
    and with cheese
    BUREK

Wow, in contrast to this, the Little Red Cap
When she goes to her grand-mother
and there, in her pack she brings, except other things
She brings cheese, other things, pastries, but her mother
always pack one piece, a quarter, so called

    BUREK
    with meat, with yogurt
    and with cheese
    BUREK
    with spinach

This is the same, it's known that Popay loved this also
and he opened because of this one fast-food restaurant,
actually this was a "burek-shop", but because he hasn't yogurt,
the children avoid him, Oliva left Badzo and went away with someone else,
so, this way happened this … so called
    BUREK

This is in the army the best breakfast you get also
Always the soldiers are fighting each other for a quarter, for one eighth…
By the way, I'm losing the topic…
    What I wanted to say?!?

I'm living on the second floor, right above the burek-shop
Once, when I lay, right down the childrens are gathered, they were too noisy
I'm showing on the window "hey, children, what do you want, get lost!"
Then one child said: "Uncle Mile, don't eat too much BUREK,
    Eat Simit!"
"Why you, children, are so bad-mannered?" Now I will joke with them
I said: "Do you know how the foolish childrens are made?"
They said "We don't know"..I said "Go ask your fathers!"

And they took stones and start to throw to me, I step back,
and the stone goes "BANG".. in the window of this guy, the functioner (politician)…
I don't want to name him now, he is one of these, who didn't buy a Toyota,
He was late, because he was gone to buy a
    BUREK!

    With meat, with yogurt
    with cheese

    BUREK

This is a truly sweet, by the way, I don't know
why Elvis Presley is doing such boring songs without a refrain
This is may be because they bake a bread, we don't bake on fishes,
and moreover, they haven’t curds for a burek with cheese.
And I have heard from other sources, that Elvis Presley don't like so much BUREK
because he loves more white baking, gevreks also…
    BUREK
This was too luxury for him, because he was a smoker and he swallowed deep… and may be shallow…
The burek is a masterpiece work and is a sculpture-work of the Nature!
    And that's it.
