Looking for a techno song..Please help

I really dont know much about it. I believe it has a girl singing in it. then a couple of times throughout the song there is a screechy static like sound that last about 10-15 seconds. please help!! when it does the static part it breaks from the rest of the song and all you hear is the static, then the beats pick back up.
