O my godness that's it. I love this song and will use for the work out... Wait will learn the dance - 15 mins of this will burn more calories than 50 mins on the treadmill I love Chechen dance. It is pretty amazing although women don't do much really it is mostly men who are pretty impressive...

I think it is not healthy to be so pretty like the girls in the clip.. Especially the one 3:24 Mavii is the Chechen girl 5:15 you???!!!!

i agree about the dance of men are more impressive and i like it more
but in our traditions girl should be so feminine and like a butterfly in her moves in the dance
so thats why they dont shake their body much
