I'm trying to find the name of this song for weeks but I can't.

Recently I listened this song http://uploads3.mp3songurls.com/1332963.mp3 on a local radio station and I was facinated from it's melody. So I tried to find it from YouTube but I can't. I asked my friends also but they didn't know it as me. Please if someone of the members of this forum know this song and it's artist, leave a comment below. Thanks!!!
