Default the Ballad of (holy) Mary (mother of) Gein

the mother destined to give birth to world peace
the noose has been tightened around the neck
cruel, sadistic look of hate upon that soiled, ugly face
hallowed is her name, this woman in black

white is her soul and black is her heart
angels spoke to her in her sweet and twisted dreams
a dichotomy of woman controlling from the start
no matter how perfect the picture, is she what she seems?

Watch your back, for MARY GEIN!!!!
    COMING FOR ME!!
this is the ballad of MARY GEIN!!!!
the apple fell far from the tree
    it's MARY GEIN!!

birthed a son prophesied to sway men with his face
wore the dead skin as a mask to hide behind the rancid smile
no-one understood the marvel he preached of empty space
the graveside was supposed to give the dead leave to lie

crucified beneath the weight of her own insane purity
she brought to life the ballad of a woman long deceased
when she dies the clouds cry at the sight of her monstrosity
and the roiling tempest inside her will be released

Watch your back, for MARY GEIN!!!!
    COMING FOR ME!!
this is the ballad of MARY GEIN!!!!
the apple fell far from the tree
    it's MARY GEIN!!

it's true you know what the old folks say
evil will out in every way
I can't understand the price he paid
but I hope it was steep, she'd have liked it that way

    MARY GEIN!!!
    MARY GEIN!!!
    MARY GEIN!!!
    MA-RY GEIN!!!!!

Ooooh, Tomatomic . . . is Mary Gein the mother of the psychopathic serial killer, Ed Gein??? or have I totally missed the point?

the character of Mary Gein a fusion of Augusta Gein and Mary, the mother of Christ to form something both saintly and sinful. a dichotomy of human nature.

Thank you for the explanation, Tomatomic! You said that in the title, of course, . . . but then because of the name "Gein" my mind went totally to the literal "mother of Ed Gein." I flew away from the "Mary" part . . . I read it as Ed Gein's story (song) told from a very different, unique point-of-view, which blew me away. You certainly did pick the right characters (or people) to represent the dichotomy. Your mind, through these lyrics, works like a well-seasoned poet. The meaning I leaped to was missing your artistic lyrical meaning, contrast, and the impact of dichotomy of human nature. However that is my shortcoming, not yours.

Because I read it only about Ed Gein--the impact of your lyrics-art to me was truly excellent, bone-chilling, and so well done! From the womb of the mother--very unusual and effective imagery and great development.
