Unidentifiable Rap and Game Song

Alright, this is ridiculously troubling... The below video on YouTube is something I put together. It's a video that has 4 separate songs on it, but they all have similar lyrics, beats, and sounds... However, I have NO IDEA what the original song is. It sounds like a rap song, but I've tried everything, and cannot ID it. Please help me figure out the original song. Thanks so much!

The only thing I found was that it came from the third installment of Star Ocean (Star Ocean: Till The End Of Time). I'm not sure where did Motoi Sakuraba get the vocal sample from. Maybe finding a way to contact him would lead to something. I tried sending an e-mail/message to him on his Japanese site. For the record, not saying it's him but the singer sounds similar to Sir Mix-A-Lot.
