1980's song - Rushmore Road mentioned

Can anyone identify the track - the lyrics include the words:
There's a doll's house shop on the corner of Lytton Grove and Rushmore Road.... Rushmore Road red and yellow lights...
That's all I can really remember - but I used to listen to it on maybe Anne Nightingale BBC radio in the late 1980s or '90's. I really liked it and would love to get a download if I can find its name and artist
