I don't fear, the day I breathe my final breath,
It's the thought of dying alone, that scares me half to death.

Your song is short and tragic and very well done. Other songs have made the big time on fewer words than this, although usually they have a more upbeat meaning and a strong instrumental. This, as is, could be done with a very strong instrumental. As poetry, it's beautiful and sad. Thank you for sharing your lyrics.
