As for the song, if it wasn't this AWESOME video, I would have liked it much less than I currently do.
And I probably wouldn't have it posted if it hadn't have this melt between drawing and video.

In addition to how perfect is this song, to my ears, his accent is a music inside the song...

I'm in love. Stanislas is one of my latest discoveries.
I like his duet with Calogero, La débâcle des sentiments.

Despite the shortness of his career he produced a vast amount of songs, often committed songs with an international message (love, peace, solidarity, listening to distress...) His songs sound very 80's, but are still extremely popular here and constantly covered by new or old artists.

Quand tant de drames nous oppressent
Et les larmes nouees de stress
Etouffent un peu plus les cris d'amour
De ceux qui sont dans la faiblesse
    Et dans un dernier espoir

Bonjour a tous Et personne me raconte ??? Well, nice surprise! Here's Brel, Le Belge, whom the French despised a long time because of his
    Belgian accent grave,lol

    singing about childhood:

"my father was looking for gold,
    but he found only boredom"!:

mon père était un chercheur d'or,
    l'ennuie c'est qu'il en a trouvé"

@Enoo: his dad wanted him to take over the factory once he retired and that's one reason why Brel detested the bourgeoisie, of which his father was
a shining example, lol So he makes fun about them also in Bruxelles:

"Et sur l'Imperiale, le coeur dans les étoiles, y avait mon grandpère, y avait ma grandmère
il avait su y faire, elle l'avait laisser faire, ils avaient donc fait tous les deux
et on voudrait que je sois serieux"!

"and on the Place Imperial, in high spirits, there were grandpa and grandma,
he was quite a scoundrel, but she just didn't mind,
so you can put the blame upon both
and then people want me to be serious!"

    (that's how I'd translate it)

Unesco has to add this to World Heritage's Monuments. PERIOD!

A once in a century song, that's what this is.
