"Judge my children by my sins"!!!No thanks,I'll judge people by their actions,not by someone else's!If people judged me by my father's sins I'd feel unjustly judged.What youre trying to say gets fuzzy when you put a line like that in!

It was intended to be a rhetoric on how society judges those near us based on our actions....

That's hard to get from the lyrics,but I take it that you were "writing a lyric"not saying what you truly believe.

@Doug No.... I've been treated like this. I've been punished for the sins of my father... been looked down upon by those that do the same as me... They think they are better because they can buy their way out. But in their mirror, it's still me they see... Everything they hate about themselves...

...and those that have never had to struggle... that think they are better because mommy and daddy did it all for them... born with a silver spoon in their asses... They are the most cruel. Privilege breeds ignorance. They judge more than ANYONE....

I don't get it...I think your idea is a good one but you went to far off the edge come back to the middle...
