As I told you, I'm not familiar with slavonic languages, but I've attempted a translation based on dictionary:

„Two dragons fight each other above the sea
two dragons struggle…
river flows behind them, a crimson river
it flows on the sea straight to Salonica city
straight to Salonica, towards the dungeon”

Is it correct???

Yes, your translation is OK, except this "more", which in this case is not "sea", but just something like "hey", "my dear" or something similar.

Couple of corrections:

1. "покрај" means "next to", not "towards".

2. "руменеја" means a pinkish, rosy river
