K Pop or J Pop Song Identification?

OK, so I heard this song a long time ago. It sounded like a really fun K Pop, or J Pop song (I think it really was Korean however). It had two boys singing in it, and one really obnoxious girl. This boy called her on the phone, or she called him, and then she started screaming and nagging at him on the phone and he sounded like he was singing about how he wanted her to shut up.

Does anyone know what this song is? It's in my head all the time and I really have to know now to get some peace!
