    Hi, dear! That singer is probably from Kosovo, so even though I know nothing at all about the language there, I know they speak either Serbian or Albanian. Therefore, one of them might be the language in this song Hope I have helped a little.

    This is not Albanian. I belive (no, I'm sure) this is Romani language, or gypsy, as it's commonly known.. There are a lot of Romani people on the Balkans, and this production (I mean, this YT channel) originates from Macedonia, as I can see...
    It may be confusing, because this singer probably sings also in Macodonian, Albanian, or maybe even Serbian, but like I said, this one is in Romani language.
