Song Heard in express boutiques

Hi. There is this song that I heard in an Express boutique a week ago or so and then again yesterday. I think it's sung by a female or it sounds like it. It goes like ooh ooh ooh dancer something smiling away ooh ooh ooh. The oohs could be do do's also it was hard to tell. To me it sounded like imogen heap but it probably isn't her. The song's not slow but not fast either. If someone can figure it out please help! Thanks!
