Seeking help with song title - Deeper, flowing freely

Deeper, flowing freely, like a stream to your ocean, you take me....

Any help would be great. I believe it may be vocal trance.

Don't know but someone else was looking for a trance song with those words 6 years ago so I found more lyrics:

Hum several different searches didn't turn anything up. Are you sure about the lyrics. Maybe river instead of stream or sea instead of ocean?

For some reason I immediately thought of ATB - Feel you like a river. But I doubt that's it.

I believe the Band/Artist is called Remus or Rebus? And the song may be called "All i know"

The female vocalist also sings the words "it's a miracle"

I've been looking for this as well. Did anyone have any luck in finding it? I can't even remember where I heard it in the first place.
