Looking for a song where in the music video a man gets a heart attack on a beach, ambulance arrives and takes him. There's also flashbacks of the guy running with bikini-girls on the beach. He ends up in hospital where they defibrillate him and do an operation. The whole music video is humorous. He ends up flying out as a soul from his body. The song is quite new and is probably hip-hop/rap.

Saw this music video in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. But might be from other South American countries too, even Spanish.
