(1) literaly it's "I've dreamed you so strongly", but the sense is quite the same
and it's "je t'ai rêvée" with a final "e" because I think he dreams of a girl, when I see the video of this song (that I didn't know).
(2) This sentence is not really french… but that's what he sings ! Or maybe I'm a bit tired today.
