Now this one is killing me...

It's played really quite often in the background on uk x-factor -
cheery up-tempo (no firm genre) just happy and dancie...

I've heard the song with lyrics and it's kinda
'I gotta dance' or 'you make me wanna dance'

but it's instrumental on x-factor.
