I've looked for this song before. Might as well get the lyrics down:
Remember, love
All the nights in Spain
Remember, love
They were not in vain
What a dance
What a groove
I have you tight
All through the night
??????????
??????????
?????????? (not sure if this is English)
Remember the nights in a disco by the sea
Weren't many but in fact (?) just you and me
How we laugh and dance right through the beat
Didn't mind the heat
And now I'm heading for another place
I find in front of me another face
I won't forget your love for you're so real
That's the way I feel
??????????
??????????
?????????? (not sure if this is English)
Remember, love
All the nights in Spain
Remember, love
They were not in vain
What a dance
What a groove
I have you tight
All through the night
??????????
??????????
?????????? (not sure if this is English)
And now I'm heading for another place
I find in front of me another face
But I won't forget your love for you're so real
And that's the way I feel
??????????
??????????
?????????? (not sure if this is English)
Remember the days... (etc)
The singer sounds similar to Marty Balin. As for the question marks, to me it sounds like Spanish and I thought I heard the word "calor".
Thank you both for the try.Marty Balin could be,but here seems to be a duet(or a group with 1 man and 1 woman).
Actually this must be around 1983-84.
Title could be hidden in the refrain and the spanish words of it?
Could possibly be this:
Private View - Remember The Days 1983 http://www.discogs.com/Private-View-...release/265709
Ρεμπέτικο για πάντα. Μάγκες είμαστε.
Thank you Mixalopoulos.Could be indeed.Year fits.
But there is a major problem.
In the cassete programm i own,the song plays for about 4.30 minutes.at discogs song is at 3.41...
of course there can be a maxi 12'' not reffered at discogs.thats most possible, since djs back in 1984 didnt use cassetes for their programms.
But i cant find a vinyl or cassete to buy,so as to confirm or to reject...
