    Default Avarice

    it's been so long,
    have the wounds healed?
    or are they still weeping?
    my eyes followed your every move;
    hoping you'd look back
    and remember me.
    you seem immune
to the pain that tore me up
    while i wallow in despair
    your'e shinning everywhere

    you drove me away
    now i see the truth!
    blinded by yourself
you left me out to hang....!

    the Avarice
    in your eyes
    betrays the hate in you
    the Avarice
    in your face
    makes me hate you more
    the Avarice
    that drives you
    is slowly killing me
    the Avarice
    consumes you
the ***** who stole my heart!!

    when i knew you,
    there was so much more
your heart was kind and open.
    then you became as stone
    refused to look at me
treated me like i was an enemy
    drying my tears
you took off without a word
and never told me how you feel
    were you ever real?

    i still love you
    but your'e gone forever!
    you completed me
i was fooled by your smile...!

    the Avarice
    in your eyes
    betrays the hate in you
    the Avarice
    in your face
    makes me hate you more
    the Avarice
    that drives you
    is slowly killing me
    the Avarice
    consumes you
the ***** who stole my heart!!

    your'e conniving,
    deceitful
    and you always lie!!
    i'll hunt you
    destroy you
    gaze into your eyes!!
    the Avarice
    that drives you
    is slowly killing me
    the Avarice
    consumes you
the ***** who stole my heart!!

I feel your pain and your desire for revenge. Women can do that to us men.

Yeah, there is no bufferzone between love and hate there: you acknowledge you love and hate her at the same time....
It's a cruel, true and yet bizarre feeling...
    Thanks. Well written!
