Need help identifying trance song from 1999

Hi,

i am looking for a trance song at least thats the genre i think it falls into, although i could be wrong. i know its from 1999 which might help quite a bit and i have a voice recording of myself once again trying to describe the sound of the song in question.

now i am sorry for inflicting such damage to one's ears but it is the only novel way i can think of in which might help you even more trying to help me identif it as well as save a little time.

When you say "there are no words" do you mean that the song itself has no lyrics, or that you can't remember any of the lyrics?
