First of all it's pronounced "Tayyib"
As you know adjectives change in Arabic depending on the gender, plural or singular..

Inta Tayyib wa 7anoun طيب و حنون
Inty Tayyibeh wa 7anouneh طيبة و حنونة
you plural - in dialect - Into tayybeen wa 7anouneen انتو طيبين و حنونين
you plural - in fuss7a - Antom tayyiboun wa 7anonoun أنتم طيبون و حنونون

Thanks LoOlya but the expression that i wanna know the meaning is طيب حنون and not طيب و حنون. And she pronounces teeb and not tayyb.
