I have searched. To no avail.
Help please. How would I say in Greek using Latin letters. Using the Eros word for love. " I love you"

"I love you" is translated in greek as " S' agapo", there's no other way to say it. However, if you really want to use the word eros, you can say "S'erotefto", but that means " I fall in love with you".

I guess I asked the wrong question.
" Plato has Socrates argue that eros helps the soul recall knowledge of beauty, and contributes to an understanding of spiritual truth, the ideal "Form" of youthful beauty that leads us humans to feel erotic desire"
I wanted to say something like this. Using the Eros term four love. Which wiki says there are 4 different types of love. -

You can say "Ime erotevmenos mazi sou" Είμαι ερωτευμένος μαζί σου (If you're a guy) or "Ime erotevmeni mazi sou" Είμαι ερωτευμένη μαζί σου" If you're a girl, which means ''I'm in love with you''. "S'agapo" Σ'αγαπώ means "I love you".
