might see it in lyrics but wrote it in wrong one lol just habbit i think nice little poem i wrote for someone to help them sleep :3

You lie awake
Because you can’t sleep
You’ve been in bed ages
Losing count of sheep

Mornings closer by the minute
But sleep escapes you still
Its seems to be an endless struggle
A journey which is all uphill

But close your eyes
Think of this rhyme
To the land of nod
Until morning time

Eyes feel so heavy
So why bare the load
Dream of laughter and flying
Or adventures with a toad

So get comfy in your bed
Get snuggled in there tight
Hope you sleep well lozza
And don’t let the bed bugs bite

Calming indeed, now I need to rest! I enjoyed this, good lyrics as well as a original lullaby

Simlpe as it is,this is exactly the way I write;nursery rhyme inspired.I guess I never got out of old nursery rhymes and classic rock and roll.As simple as it may appear,it's the easiest and best translated into good (rock)songs.Just my opinion,I could be wrong.
