I'm living in the past I need to move on
Cant seem to do it not even through a song
I'm stuck in time feeding off my memories
No end to it's path no cure for it's disease
Slowly killing me why wont it retreat?

I hate to admit it but I feel so insecure

I like it but look up consonance and assonance, you have steady end rhymes but flow is MUCH more than just end rhymes man. You have the basics for end-rhyming down, and not EVERY line needs to rhyme, longer lines with less rhymes sometimes have the potential to have much meaner drops.
