    I like reading action books.
    Sometimes magic-related.
    A bit of action.
Some mysterious or puzzling aspect to it.
    Etc.

I was working on Shadowland (by Rhiannon Lassiter).
I put it aside for awhile and picked up Hunger Games (by Suzanne Collins).
After I finished that, I picked up Catching Fire (also by Suzanne Collins).
I'm probably going to drop Catching Fire and continue Shadowland sometime in the future.

    You made me laugh Frankie!

A rather small book, but yeah you have to spend some time to understand each page. Someone can see it as a mind's exercise.

Dear Amethyste, going along with the other light reading you've partaken of recently, might I recommend to you "The Far Side," by Gary Larson...? Example:

[Whoops, didn't work. Will try again later... ]

    . . . . . . .

Well, I just learned Gary Larson & his attorneys have sewn up his copyrights very well. Can't find an example. So... see this visual in your mind's eye:

    A Pet Store.
Various animals on display for sale.
The pet store has a free-roaming cat with two peg-legs (pirate style) in front.
A fishbowl marked $29.99. Inside the fishbowl is a piranha...

    Dostoyevsky's "The Gambler"

@Frankie Yeap "hypnotic" is the accurate adjective for Jasmine's aroma.
