    «Bu ishq chin sevgi-la gulzor,
    Yurak qayg‘u ila bemor,
    Bu kech ishq, ko‘zlari zebo,

    Sevgi mahzun, sevgi afsun,
    Bu kech ishq, ko‘zlari maftun,
    Sevgi mahzun, sevgi afsun,
    Nega, ishq, ko‘zlaring yum-yum?»

    «Gohi bir hasrat,

    Sensiz yasholmas,
    Sendan ketolmas,
    Yuragim sening-la bor.»

    «Bu ishq – ishq atalmish gulzor,
    Unda gulning tikanlari bor.
    Bu kech ishq, ko‘zlari zebo,
    Sog‘inch-la ko‘zlaring xumor.»

    Sevgi mahzun, sevgi afsun,
    Bu kech ishq, ko‘zlari maftun,
    Sevgi mahzun, sevgi afsun,
    Nega, ishq, ko‘zlaring yum-yum?

    Sevgi ko‘zi ojiz,
    Sog‘inch tinimsiz
    Tunlar davomiy qiynaydi, yo-o,
    Mehringga to‘lgan,
    Doim sen-la bo‘lgan,
    Sening-la yashar dillarim bor.

    Sevgi – gohida qayg‘u-g‘am,
    Sevgi – shirin bir dard-alam,
    Sevgi – ba’zida go‘zal gul,
    Sevgi – guli tikanli gul,
    Sevgi – asli bir dunyo,
    Sevgi – xayol emas, ro‘yo,
    Sevgi – tuyg‘udir ilohiy,
    Sevgi abadiy!

    Sevgi mahzun, sevgi afsun,
    Bu kech ishq, ko‘zlari maftun,
    Sevgi mahzun, sevgi afsun,
    Nega, ishq, ko‘zlaring yum-yum?

    Uzbek and Anatolian Turkish are infact very similiar to each other, but since we read the Latin script in a different way, it makes it difficult for the Turkish peoples of Anatolia to read and understand Uzbekistani Turkish. I will also add the transcription of this song's lyrics in the Latin script that is used in Turkey , to enable the Turks of Turkey to read this Uzbekistani Turkish text. There will be only a two or three words the Turks of Anatolis won't be able to understand. Otherwise the language is more or less the same. Since you have the Turkish translatipon now, you can ask the Turkish speakers to traslate this into English.
    Bu Özbekistan Türkçesi şarkının Türkiye Latin harfleri ile yazılışını okumak için bir aşağıdaki yazıya bakınız.

    You can only see how similiar these two dialects of the Turkish languge by writing the text using the same script. Don't be fooled by those who tells you '' the Uzbekistani and Anatolian-Turkey's language are very different'' . There are only minor differences and, if you learn one of them, you can easily understand the other. Uzbek-Uygur-Türkmen-Azerbayjani-Antolian(Turkey)- speaks in Turkish and are very closely related. You only have to write them using the same script, to be able to see this.

    ''this song is not in Turkish''? This isn't true! This song is infact in the Chagatay-Çağatay dialect of Turkish language.
    ''and nobody can understand it in Turkey except a few words here and there.'' This is also a false-rubbish claim!
    Almost every person in Turkey who had education in Turkish language beyond the level of high school can easily understand and enjoy Çagatay dialect of Turkish. If it be written in the Latin script that is used in Turkey!.If you are able to read and understand the poems of Yunus Emre then, you can easily understand Uzbek-Çağatay dialect of Turkish. The only reason most Turkish peoples in Anatolia can't read Uzbekistani-Çağatay Turkish nowadays is that; the Uzbekistani Latin script is read differently. If the texts is written in the same script then it will be ever so easy for any Turk of Turkey to read and understand Uzbekistani-Çağatay Turkish. Example:

    Sevgi – gohida qayg‘u-g‘am->- gâhide kaygı gâm
    Sevgi – shirin bir dard-alam->- Şirin bir derd-elem
    Sevgi – ba’zida go‘zal gul->- Bazide-bazende güzel gül
    Sevgi – guli tikanli gul-> güli tikenli-dikenli gül
    Sevgi – asli bir dunyo ->asli bir dünya
    Sevgi – xayol emas, ro‘yo->-> Hayâl emes-değil rûyâ
    Sevgi – tuyg‘udir ilohiy-> tuygudir ilâhiy-duygudur ilâhi
    Sevgi abadiy!-> Ebediy!-Ebedi!

    How can anybody say?; Uzbekistani language isn't Turkish!? these are but two dialects of one language and, are not very different at all as you are falsely claiming. They are infact two very similar dialects of the Turkish language.

    I have translated over two hundered songs in LT, into Anatolian Turkish- Turkish and English a good chunk of these translations are from Uzbekistani Turkish into Anatolian Turkish. You can check for them in the LT search by typing Uzbek>Anatolian Turkish dialect. Uzbek>English and Uzbek>Turkish. I have translated also some Tatar and Kazak songs and these accents of Kıpçak Turkish is also very similiar to Uzbekistani Turkish. You are most welcome to use them, bringing them over here to ALT and, to ask for English translations. Anatolian Turkish is understood by all here. I am sure they will help you translate them into English. I'll be joining the Army within 3 days and it will take 12 months to complete my national service therefore; I'll not be able to translate until next year this time. I wish you all the best with your Turkish studies and all other aspects of your life. God bless and hopefully see you sometimes next winter
