    if you mean "qand(ghand) - قند" it means "sugar"
    also it means "really sweet"
    for example: labat ghande! - your lips are really sweet (literal: your lips are like sugar)

    I was wondering how to pronounce it as both 'q' and 'gh' have different sounds.Should I say qand or ghand?Can u tell me which arabic alphabet would be appropriate?

    actually it's "ghand"

    the sound is "gh" and in arabic alphabet = "ق"
    "قند".
