    Default To & shoma

    Hey all,

To those who speak Farsi, I was wondering what the difference between "to" and "shoma" is. Do they both mean "You" or is one singular and the other plural?

    Hi Flower

Usually "to" means you, but its more informal and personal,. "Shoma" is more formal and you say that to elders as well as strangers if you are trying to be polite.

"Mikonam" means i'll do it, again the polite way of saying it would be"mikhaham bekonam"
