Late-70's Disco Song with a guy saying "Youser, youser, youser."

I'm trying to find the name/artist of a disco song which featured a man saying "Youser! Youser! Youser!"

In Dec. 1977-Jan. 1978, I was in Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, TX. We used to sneak into the office and turn on the radio at night when our T.I. was gone. This song was playing all the time. I'd never heard it before then and never heard it after I left there.

Does anyone know what song I'm talking about? I'd appreciate your help. Thanks!
