Hi

I've been looking for the title of this song (and its interprets) for the past 20 years (no kidding). I recorded it in the '70's and while listening to this tape 20 years ago, I was fascinated by the beauty of this song. There's a couple singing. The man has a deep voice, much like Michael McDonald. The girl has a clear voice much like Syreeta. I spent hours looking for this song on the Internet, with no avail. Maybe it's on the soundtrack of a movie. Here are the words. I don't have the beginning because I started taping when the song had already started. Please, help me.

Man : …..
Said we’re through
What more can I say
Sadly, I am (?)
This is (?)
They never do
When you loose your way
I was leaving you
When I’m without you
Sure I died, I died in silence
Talked about you
Leaving you

Girl Leaving you

Man I could’nt make it
I would walk my broken heart
You stole it
Take it

Man & Woman I got my mind baby
Only you

Man I’ll be strong to take it
I’ll be there just saying
Just saying
Just saying

Won’t you show me now
That we’re together
Here we are without this (?)
Show me now … Etc.
