I removed " he comes " just to shorten the length of the verse. I guess it would be better to say "He comes and bends......." instead of "he comes to bend...". Well, I don't know but "he comes to bend" doesn't make sense for me.Anyway I think that the meaninig behind those verses is that he cames and bends over the flowers and spends a long time talking to them. What do you think ?

1) You are sure boulboul means nightgale. I replaced "nightingale" by "bird" just to shorten the verse.
2) Why "its vines" ? Isn't it "his vines" ?
3) I don't know why she says بتقول له instead of قل له
Context :

بتقول له ما ينسى مواعيده

I think the same,cause Fayrooz's songs are a mystery,everybody understand as he wants,so I just made a suggestion

well bulbul stays the same in english but nightingale means "3andaleeb/عندليب" which is a bird with a nice voice like the bulbul's so again it is just a suggestion

here teeh is as tooh I guess,it means to get lost like in taha yatohoo/تاه يتوه
we don't have much choice here,but choosing that verb
لوح للعين/be seen,exposed to the eye
it comes from the verb لاح/يلوح it means to appear for someone,to be exposed to the eyes,to be seen

hmmm! I think the problem was you didn't figure out the "stairs and the fence" of what!

But it's weird. So according you the lyrics sometimes describe the house and other times talk about a man that I guess is the owner of the house that has the garden.
