    uhh i think the song your talking about is by "peter, bjorn and john" its called "younge folks". thats about the only new song with alot of whistling in it. for days i kept thinking how do i find the name of a song if i cant figure out what theyre saying besides, younge folks and a whole bunk of whistling, but i got it. yeah, thats probably the song your looking for. its good stuff

    Watch it for the first minute and you'll hear the whistle several times. It's also possible that you heard a compliation of this song (they are out there), but this is the basic meat and veggies of the song (if it's the right one you're talking about).
