Hello...again. Its been a long time since the last time I posted a song here. But now I'm back in writing mode ,and would love it if you would give me advice, tips, reviews on my second "public" song.
Regards MissMay3
MYSTERIES GIRL
1.
My heart will not rest
Until you’re with me
My soul is searching
I’ll keep on praying
Wishing…ohh
the search will be over
My love will finally be here
BRIDGE:
So I keep on searching
Keep on hurting
Cause I really need to know…
CHORUS:
oh ohh…Mysteries girl
oh ohh…Mysteries girl
Are you in this world?
I Keep on searching
I keep on looking
over my shoulders –
everywhere I go
I have to find you –
that I know
2.
Can picture your smiling face
Feel your warm embrace
I can feel your touch
Every night and day
Forever…ohh
Always I need you
Praying my dream will come true
Bridge.
Ch.
3.
You’re my every breath
My every heartbeat
My soul and mind
The love I need to find
Even now…ohh
before I’ve found you
I swear my love is yours forever
This is easy to "sing" therefore,in my opinion,a successful effort. If this is Miss May from Norway, welcome back!Try throwing in a rhyme or two,it's easy!
Lovely song that's waiting to be sung. To me it has a finger-snappin' girl group/Motown feel. Supremes, Martha Reeves & the Vandellas, or maybe Amy Winehouse's Back to Black??
Ahhhh, it gives me the vibes, MissMay, when persons put their eggs in one basket:
"you're my every breathe": oh, dear me, it sounds really frightening!
Remember always, that you don't know: if he/she doesn't think you're that great after all WHAT'S NEXT?
You have no choice but to choose for survival, don't you?
Apart from that: well written. It's proven, because you know to scare me!
Hi guys! Doug...yes its MissMay from Norway and thank you!
Peter,I'm so glad you picked up on that, cause thats what I imagened it to be too....Thanks!!!
And Amary...I really dont know what you are trying to tell me ...you didn't like the story, but you liked it anyway?!?!?!? OR its just not your cup of tea?
Anyway...I'd really want to thank you guys for the feedback!
Considering this is my second "published" song her on this forum...I'm more than pleased!
