Some kind of italian electronic/disco song. Does anyone know the name?

Hello. Many years ago I listened to a song during a "do it youself telesope making course". From the first time I heard it I liked it because of the intensity of its rythm. It's some kind of techno-disco song with lyric in italian (I think) and performed by a male singer. I haven't been able to get the original song so I recorded a sample of its main part whispering. Pleae forgive its bad quality, but I did it my best. Best regards!
