i found this odd flash with a fat guy singing in an odd language and i wondered if anybody could tell me what it means

thats the numa numa!!! my cuzinz friend made a site called the shtuff.com and u go to the flash gallery and my cuzins friend does the numa numa, but he gets more into it. i dont kno wut it means tho.

i think it's called "Dragostea Din Tei" by "O-Zone" i think it's all about some dude who has a crush on some girl, but she doesn't notice him...something like that
